This website is operated by MumTone ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Return Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.
1. Using our store
You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. You agree not to use our store for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or interfere with it.
2. Products and safe use
We show our products, colours and sizes as accurately as we can, but colours may look slightly different on your screen. Please check the size chart before ordering.
Important safety information: the Nest Hoodie is a cosy cover layer, not a baby carrier. Always support your baby with your arm or a certified carrier, keep their face visible and their airway clear at all times, and never leave your baby unattended in the pouch. Don't wear it while cooking, running, cycling, driving or doing anything that could put your baby at risk.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We may change prices, offers and bundles at any time, but changes won't affect orders you've already placed. Payment is taken when you place your order, and by paying you confirm you're authorised to use that payment method.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a pricing error appears or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
5. Shipping
We currently offer free express shipping to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Germany. Most orders arrive within 5–9 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Any import duties or taxes not charged at checkout are the customer's responsibility.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are covered by our Return Policy, including our 30-day, no-questions-asked returns. Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
7. Errors and inaccuracies
Our store may occasionally contain typos, errors or out-of-date information about products, prices, offers, shipping times or availability. We may correct these at any time, including after you've placed an order.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this store, including text, images, videos, logos and designs, belongs to MumTone or its content creators and may not be copied or used without permission.
9. Third-party services
Our store runs on Shopify, and payments are handled by third-party payment providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to the services they provide.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MumTone isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the store or our products, including use that doesn't follow the safety information above. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, and continuing to use the store after a change means you accept it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where MumTone is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
