This Privacy Policy explains how MumTone ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit or buy from our store. Questions? Email support@mumtone.com.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and anything you send us when you contact support or sign up for our emails.
- Order information: the products you buy, your order history, and payment confirmation. Card details are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
- Device and usage information: your IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed and how you reached our store, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
2. How we use your information
- To process, ship and track your orders, and handle returns and refunds.
- To reply to your questions and give customer support.
- To send order and shipping updates.
- To send marketing emails, only if you've signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- To prevent fraud and keep our store secure.
- To understand how our store is used and improve it.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
3. Cookies
We use cookies to run the store (for example, remembering your cart), to understand how visitors use it, and for marketing. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings, though some parts of the store may not work properly without them.

- Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders;
- payment providers, to take payment securely;
- shipping and delivery partners, to get your order to you;
- email and analytics tools, to send emails and understand store performance.
We may also share information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights and prevent fraud. We never sell your personal information.
5. Where your information is processed
Our service providers may store or process your information outside your province, state or country, including in Canada and the United States.
6. How long we keep it
We keep order information for as long as we need it for tax, accounting and legal reasons. Other information is kept only for as long as it's useful for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under Canada's PIPEDA and provincial privacy laws, and US state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to opt out of certain uses such as targeted advertising, and to withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email support@mumtone.com. We'll respond within the time the law requires.
8. Children
Our store is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of sending or storing data online is completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
