Where we ship

We currently ship to Canada and the United States. If your country isn't offered at checkout, we can't ship there yet.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 5–9 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery can occasionally take longer during peak seasons, bad weather or customs delays.

Shipping cost

Express shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum spend.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. If you haven't received it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.

Duties and import taxes

Depending on your location, your order may be charged import duties or taxes when it arrives. Unless they're shown and charged at checkout, these are the customer's responsibility.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll try to update it before your order ships. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, or your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days, email support@mumtone.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
